Terms & conditions

Shipping charges are based on the greater of actual weight and dimensional (volumetric) weight. If dimensional weight is higher, we charge using dimensional weight. The applicable dimensional-weight calculation and final chargeable weight will be confirmed in your quote.

All shipments are billed at a minimum of 5kg; anything under 5kg is charged at the 5kg rate. Final rates, delivery fees and any additional charges are confirmed before your booking is accepted.
