No — all timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, airline or vessel schedules, weather, courier delays and other circumstances can affect delivery.

For shipments from Nigeria to Canada, customs clearance in Canada is charged at $3 CAD/kg on top of the ₦7,550/kg freight rate.

Duties, taxes, inspections or additional government charges may apply depending on the contents and destination of a shipment. These are set by government authorities, not CanadaPlug.

Customers must accurately disclose shipment contents. All valuable, fragile, electronic and restricted items must be declared before shipment — phones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, iPads and perfumes attract separate handling rates.

Customers must not submit prohibited, illegal, dangerous or undeclared goods. This includes explosives, flammables, weapons, narcotics and any item restricted by Canadian or Nigerian authorities. If you're unsure about an item, ask us before shipping.

We cannot accept skincare or bleaching products, any liquids, frozen meat, or anything containing chicken on shipments from Nigeria to Canada. These items are refused at drop-off, so please leave them out of your boxes.

Phones ($80 CAD each), tablets ($100 CAD each), laptops ($150 CAD each), PS5, iPads and other gadgets ($150–$250 CAD each) and perfume ($50 CAD per bottle). Please declare all valuable, fragile, electronic and restricted items before shipment.

Yes. The minimum air-cargo charge is 10kg. Shipments weighing less than 10kg are billed at the 10kg rate.

Lagos pickup is at Mangoro, Ikeja.

Door-to-door delivery is available within Lagos and to other locations in Nigeria for an additional fee based on the destination. Final-mile delivery is not automatically included unless specifically stated in your quote.

Door-to-door delivery charges depend on the weight, package dimensions, destination and the rate charged by Canada Post or another courier used for final delivery. Courier costs are determined according to destination, package weight and dimensions.

Yes — eligible packages can be received and temporarily held at our warehousing facility for consolidation before shipping, helping you organize several purchases into one shipment where practical. Warehousing, storage and consolidation fees may apply.
